By booking with Beach Magic, you agree to pay the full cost of your holiday as specified at the time of booking. All bookings are subject to availability.
Beach Magic may implement health and safety measures to manage risks related to COVID-19 or other health concerns. By booking, you accept these measures and understand they are part of normal safety procedures.
If we need to make significant changes to your holiday, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives at no extra cost. If the alternatives are not acceptable, you may cancel and receive a refund or compensation where applicable.
You must provide accurate information and meet any visa, passport, and health requirements for your destination. It is your responsibility to check this information before travel.
All guests must behave responsibly and respect other guests and property. Beach Magic reserves the right to end your holiday early if your behavior is disruptive or dangerous, without refund.
If you have a problem during your holiday, please report it immediately to Beach Magic or the local service provider. We aim to resolve issues quickly. Complaints made after the holiday should be submitted in writing within 28 days of your return.
Beach Magic is not liable for events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, strikes, or other "unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances." Our liability is limited to the cost of the holiday, except in cases of serious injury or negligence.
We strongly recommend you have appropriate travel insurance covering illness, cancellation, and other risks.
Your personal data will be used in line with privacy laws and only for purposes related to your booking and holiday.
