Payments Terms & Cancellation

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to secure your holiday.
• The remaining balance must be paid 42 days before departure (usually 6 weeks prior).
• If full payment is not received by the due date, Beach Magic reserves the right to cancel your booking without refund of the deposit.
• Payments can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified at booking.

Refunds

• Refunds will be made if Beach Magic cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances or lack of availability.
• If you cancel your booking and are entitled to a refund (see Cancellation Fees), refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation confirmation.
• Refunds may be reduced if you have received any benefits or services prior to cancellation.
• We recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover any losses caused by cancellation or other issues.

Cancellation Fees

If you cancel your booking, the following fees will apply:

• Cancellation made more than 42 days before departure: loss of deposit only.
• Cancellation made between 15 days and 42 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost.
• Cancellation made within 14 days of departure: 100% of total booking cost (no refund).
